Accommodation

With beautiful views sweeping down to the Medina River, the accommodation at Medham Farm Cottage comprises of a sitting room complete with TV and freeview box, CD player and radio, comfortable sofa and armchair and a reading chair and footstool. The dining area has a table and four chairs. This leads to a well equipped fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker and washer dryer.

The bedroom has a five foot bed, wardrobe (will accomodate ballgowns or boots!!), dressing table and pine chest of drawers. Externally the sheltered patio overlooks the gardens and lake.

There is ample car parking space adjacent to the cottage and secure area for cycles.

Linen is provided. We are able to offer a maid service by arrangement.

PLEASE NOTE: We do operate a strictly no smoking policy in the cottage and grounds.

How to find us

Access is easy from the main Cowes-Newport road. Turn down Medham Farm Lane, (at the traffic lights opposite Northwood service station). At end of the lane continue on down cycle track for 50 yards. The wrought iron gates on the right are the entrance to Medham Farm. Please ring the Bell on left hand side of the gates.

Bookings normally taken for periods of one week with Saturday change-over but out of high season shorter periods can be considered.
